Sofas, mattresses, mirrors and anything with a surface that can mark. Blankets, stretch wrap and proper straps in the van, every time.

- Waiting timeIf keys are late at the new place, we wait, and any charge is agreed with you first.
Payment terms are confirmed in writing with your quote, and the balance is paid on completion. Clearance jobs are quoted by volume, so a couple of photos is usually all we need.

How much does a move in London cost?
Every quote is fixed and based on what is moving, access at both ends, the distance and the date. Send a few photos or book a quick video call and we come back with a real price, not a range. The price in writing is the price you pay.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a full house move. Fridays, month ends and the summer go first. Single items, clearances and pickups are often same day or next day, so just ask.
What is included in the price?
The team, the van, fuel, blankets, straps and stretch wrap, floor protection, dismantling and reassembly listed on the quote, and VAT. Parking suspensions, the Congestion Charge if we enter the zone in charging hours, and packing if you ask for it are the only extras, and we agree them with you first.
Do you pack, and can you supply boxes?
Yes. We can pack the whole home the day before, or just the kitchen and the fragile things. If you would rather pack yourself, we can deliver boxes, paper and tape ahead of the move.
Who sorts out parking?
Most London boroughs need 5 to 10 working days to suspend a bay, and charge roughly £100 to £250 for a day. We tell you exactly what is needed at both ends and can apply on your behalf at cost.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured, including public liability cover, and the certificate is available on request. Tell us about anything of high value in advance so we can plan for it properly.
Do you go outside London?
Yes. Anywhere within about 150 miles of London is standard, so Brighton, Oxford, Cambridge, Bristol and Birmingham are all regular runs. We are also happy to quote for drops across Europe.
Do you work weekends and evenings?
Yes. We are open from 6am to 1am, seven days a week, so early starts, late finishes, weekend moves and emergency pickups are all normal for us.
